The M-20 is possibly one of Guild's most famous guitars due to it's connection with Nick Drake's groundbreaking album, 'Bryter Later', and also frequently being used by Neil Young.
M-20 is a concert size acoustic guitar expertly crafted with a solid mahogany top, back, and sides - that when compared to it's larger sibling the D-20 - has a bluesier, woody sounding tone that suits all kind of musical styles, but in particular finger pickers!
First introduced to the Guild line in 1968, this model features a rosewood bridge and fingerboard, compensated bone nut and saddle, and an extremely light satin nitrocellulose finish - all having been part of the essence of the guitar since it's introduction - that each allow this guitar to truly sing.
Also keeping with Guild's premium specifications are the M-20's set of Vintage Deluxe open-gear machineheads and it's X scalloped bracing - allowing the guitar to resonate more easily.
The M-20's modest appointments include a vintage style rosette and Guild's peak logo inlaid in mother-of-pearl on the headstock. The M-20 comes with a hand-signed, numbered certificate of authenticity, and ships with a hardshell case.
