instrument setup to play at it's very best. That's why, unlike most retailers, we take the time to check every aspect of an instruments
setup and playability so that you can enjoy it straight out of the box!

- Every instrument we sell in our shop or via our website, regardless of price, recieves a full and thorough inspection and setup
- Restringing an instrument with a particular brand / gauge / type of string is available at a discounted additional charge
- Specific setup preferences are discussed prior to despatch with each customer

| DELIVERY TIME |
We understand that now you've made your decision and purchased your instrument that you want to get it into your hands and start making music as soon as possible! |
- Any orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next day.
- Orders sent by courier have a delivery cut off time for next day delivery of 12pm.
- Saturday delivery is available at an extra cost.
- If you need your order delivered on a specific date, please contact us and also write this in the comments section on your order
- We ship our products via DHL, Parcelforce and Royal Mail depending on the items size. You will receive your corresponding tracking number once we've completed your order and it has been despatched.
- For regular shipments we choose not to ship over the weekend due to some couriers housing instruments overnight in warehouses, which can adversely affect the condition and set up of instruments.

- Shipping costs vary depending on your country, but will be shown in your shopping cart at checkout.
- Goods being exported from the UK will be VAT exempt meaning no UK VAT will be charged.
