Since its debut in 1942, Gibson's J-45 has been known for their classic design and 'workhorse' usage - having been used in (probably) every genre by numerous musicians in the 80 years its been around - it's safe to say the J-45 is an icon of acoustic guitars.

This series of '50s inspired J-45 has all the looks and features of the guitar as it had when it was being manufactured durning the 50s, such as its 12" radius fretboard, slim taper neck, and the 43.88mm nut width.

It also comes factory fitted with a LR Baggs Element Undersaddle VTC pickup which are known for their sound quality and robustness, making it suitable for recording and live playing.

This guitar is in like-new condition and comes with it's own Gibson tan case with certificate and accessories etc..

Classic “Workhorse” materials include a Sitka Spruce top and Select Mahogany back and sides. The multi-ply top and single-ply back binding are subtly antiqued making each instrument look just like a seasoned Gibson acoustic.

Appointed with cream button tuners, a 50s-era tortoise pick guard, and upgraded with an LR Baggs VTC pickup for the best and most natural-sounding tone when amplified.
