The Green Master’s Choice is a high-quality all-solid-woods guitar in the Dreadnought shape with cutaway. The guitar features carefully selected tonewoods – the soundboard is made from Sitka spruce, and the back and sides from Indian rosewood. The body is protected by Furch’s proprietary Full-Pore Satin Finish. The combination of tonewoods and finish lends the instrument a stylish appearance underscored by fine walnut and faux ivory appointments. The guitar produces a rich sound with ringing highs and a fine balance across the entire tonal spectrum. The Green Master’s Choice is fitted with the LR Baggs Stagepro Element system, which features a side-mounted preamp with a tuner. The guitar comes with a heavy-duty Hiscox hardshell case.
The premium nature of the Green Master’s Choice is underscored by the fact that the soundboard is individually tuned using Furch’s proprietary voicing process that enhances the instrument’s tonal properties to the highest level. Thanks to that, the Green Master’s Choice has a crystalline clear, harmonically rich, balanced, and highly dynamic sound across the entire tonal spectrum.
A high precision, dual-action truss rod maintains neck stability and allows for fine adjustment of the neck relief, bilaterally. The truss rod is housed in a highly rigid carbon casing which enables a very smooth and controlled neck relief, ensuring the best playability and enduring optimal setup.
The guitar’s body is coated with an ultra-thin and consistent UV Full-Pore Satin Finish, which Furch designed to maximize the resonant properties of the instrument while providing excellent protection. The foundation of the surface treatment is Furch’s high-gloss varnish, the final layer of which Furch luthiers apply with a matte finish. Thus, the guitar acquires a beautiful, slightly matte appearance.
The Green Master’s Choice comes with LR Baggs Stagepro Element, which is an upgraded version of the LR Baggs Element Active System – Volume Tone Control. The additional features of the Stagepro Element include a side-mounted preamp with a three-band equalizer and phase inversion as well as a sensitive onboard tuner. With a clean classy look, the Stagepro Element pickup system provides easy battery access and includes Garrett Null notch filter that delivers a warm pristine sound even under the most challenging conditions.
Maximum protection during transport is provided by a high-rigidity Hiscox case with polyurethane insulating foam that shields the instrument from changes in external climatic conditions.
