Semi-Hollow Construction

Semi-Hollow guitars deliver a unique and open response that cannot be compared to a Solid-Body instrument. Duesenberg’s specialised construction additionally blocks most feedback and keeps you going even on high gain levels.

Plek Processed

A Plek processed fretboard guarantees perfectly level frets. This is the basis for Duesenberg’s multi-step fret polishing and setup work all done by hand that eventually makes all Duesenberg instruments play like nothing you have ever played before.

Middle Pickup Blend

The ingenious Multi-Tone control works from a tactile middle stop. In one direction from the middle stop it acts as a classic tone control. Turn it in the opposite direction and blend in the middle pickup in any position.

D-Tron Humbuckers – The Custom Sports Three of Duesenberg’s Special D-Tron Humbuckers

These Pickups are fine tuned for an open and transparent tone with crispy sparkling trebles not usually associated with humbucking pickups.

Duesenberg’s unique wiring allows you to blend the middle pickup into the mix in any position. This is made possible by Duesenberg’s Multi-Tone Pot which acts as both a tone- and middle pickup blend control from a tactile middle stop position.

The Sweetest Tremolo in the World

The Custom is fitted with Duesenberg’s own Diamond Deluxe Tremola in gold. This Tremolo is the pinnacle of countless years of innovation and improvement on the original design from the 50's.
